Please note that you are expected to attend all sessions of the programme and we cannot accept requests to attend part of the course only. All attendees must have a current valid membership of Diabetes UK.
Cost
YDEF are able to provide this course free of charge to all delegates, to include lunch. You will need to pay for your own travel expenses and for any accommodation required. Delegates are advised to take out adequate travel insurance.
Deposit
In order to confirm your place on the course you will need to pay a deposit of £50 when you register. This deposit will be refunded after the course provided that you have attended all sessions.

No accommodation is provided as part of this course, please make any necessary arrangements.

The UCH Education Centre is located within a short walk of London's mainline Euston railway station, plus the following tube stations:Warren Street (Northern and Victoria lines) and Euston Square (Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines).

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your place at this meeting, please contact jen.atkinson@redhotirons.com as soon as possible. Please note if delegates are unable to attend with less than 2 weeks' notice and we are unable to fill their place from the waiting list, then a refund will not be available. All refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee.
