YDEF Event terms and conditions

  1. Delegate places at a conference are limited and offered on a first-come, first served basis. You must make the required deposit payment to complete registration.
  2. Registering for this event does not guarantee a place on this course.  You will be notified via email if a place is available to you.
  3. Cancellation charges may apply (100% cancellation fee if cancelled within two weeks of the event if your place on the course cannot be filled by someone on the waitlist).  All cancellation refunds are subject to a £10.00 administration fee
  4. Deposit refunds will be after the event assuming you attend the whole course and dinner and use accommodation provided for you.
  5. YDEF reserves the right to alter the programme without prior notice
  6. In the event that a conference is cancelled or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of YDEF, the deposit will be refunded in full. The total liability of  YDEF shall be limited to that refund only and it shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever arising.
  7. Delegates are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance cover.
  8. All delegates attending events must comply with relevant current government guidance at the time of the event. Delegates are asked to take all possible precautions against spreading infection through the wearing of masks and frequent hand washing. Delegates are asked to advise the event team if they test positive for COVID-19.
